What is Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is an effective form of therapy that involves conversations with a trained professional to help improve mental health.
The Human Givens approach to psychotherapy, in which I am trained, has identified nine emotional needs crucial for optimal mental well-being.
When these needs are unmet, individuals can experience problems. As a psychotherapist, I pinpoint which emotional needs are not being fulfilled and help clients utilise their natural resources to meet them.
Who can be helped?
Almost anyone. You have to want to change and be prepared to do the work to heal.
I will work with anyone who suffers from:

-
Anxiety
-
Depression

Stress
-
Addictions

-
Low self-esteem

If there is an issue you have which is not on the list let’s have a conversation and I will see if I can help, or I may be able to put you in touch with someone who can.
